These terms cover your use of this website and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, the services Elevate Basecamp provides. “We” means Elevate Basecamp, based in High Point, North Carolina. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@elevatebasecamp.com.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it or misuse its forms. Its text, design and logos belong to us. Information here is general, and sample screens show how things work rather than a specific customer’s results.
Our services
What’s included depends on the plan you choose, as described on this site and confirmed with you before you pay. Work beyond your plan is quoted first. Install timelines are estimates, and they depend on what you provide and on outside parties such as phone carriers.
Payment
- Setup fee: 50% to start and the rest at launch.
- Monthly fee: billed month to month at the price confirmed when you sign up.
- Usage: texts, calls, email and AI usage are billed at cost. Rates can change, and we’ll show you the current ones before you sign up.
- Your own costs: your domain, hosting and any fees from your phone carrier are yours to pay.
Canceling
There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel your monthly service anytime by emailing us, and it ends at the close of the billing period you’ve paid for. Usage charges up to that date still apply. Setup work already done isn’t refundable. If you leave, the website, domain and hosting are yours to keep, and we’ll help you move your phone number out.
We may suspend or end service if payment is overdue or if the service is being used in a way these terms don’t allow.
Your part
- Give us accurate information and approve the wording before launch.
- Only text or call people who have agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-outs. You’re responsible for following texting, calling, email and privacy laws for your own customers.
- Have the rights to anything you give us to use, such as logos, photos and customer lists.
- Don’t put patient or medical information into our systems. We aren’t set up for HIPAA and don’t currently take on businesses that bill health insurance or keep patient records.
AI assistants and automatic messages
After you approve the wording, routine messages go out automatically, and you can ask us to change or stop them. AI assistants can make mistakes. We train them on information you approve, but you should check their conversations and let us know what to correct. Don’t rely on them for legal, medical, safety or emergency matters.
Outside services
Our services depend on outside companies such as phone carriers, software platforms, hosts and Google. Their approvals, outages, prices and rule changes are out of our control. Carriers decide whether to approve texting registration and may filter messages.
No guaranteed results
We don’t guarantee rankings, reviews, leads, revenue or any other business result. The calculator on this site only does math on the numbers you enter. It isn’t a prediction.
Limits on our responsibility
This site and our services are provided “as is,” to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Some of this may not apply where the law doesn’t allow it.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us comes from your content, your messages to your customers, or your breaking these terms.
Governing law and changes
North Carolina law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the courts in Guilford County, North Carolina. If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date. If you’re a customer, we’ll tell you before a change affects you.
