This policy explains what Elevate Basecamp collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Elevate Basecamp is based in High Point, North Carolina. Questions go to hello@elevatebasecamp.com.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the form on this site, we collect your name, business name and email, plus your phone number, website and message if you add them. We also record which package you’re interested in and whether you agreed to get texts.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, our server and security services receive technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use a temporary, scrambled version of your IP address to limit repeat form submissions. If you use the calculator on this site, what you type stays in your browser and isn’t sent to us.
How we use it
- To respond to you, prepare the audit you asked for, and talk about working together
- To provide services if you become a customer
- To keep this site secure and working
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties
We don’t sell your personal information.
Text messages
The texting checkbox on our form is optional and is never checked for you. If you check it, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
We don’t share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their own marketing. We only share it with the service providers that deliver our messages.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business, and they handle information only as needed to do that work. They include website hosting, website security and delivery, email, and our customer management and messaging software. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work and stay secure. We don’t use advertising cookies or analytics today. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and customer records for as long as we work together and as the law requires afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@elevatebasecamp.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, and we’ll honor those. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Health information
Please don’t send us patient or medical information through this site. We aren’t set up to handle information covered by HIPAA.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
